Okay...this one has a story. About 1-1/2 hours before class, my cake fell apart! I had no time to bake another or even go buy an undecorated cake from a bakery because I live quite a ways from everything. So...I just turned over my pan and proceeded to frost and decorate it! It worked...I passed! LOL! (Although I'm sure it was just the instructor being nice! HEE)
