Princess Cake With Castle

Princess Cake With Castle on Cake Central

My twin daughters couldn't decide between Cinderella and Little Mermaid. I therefore had to put both of them on the cake. I wanted to give them sort of a castle to make it cuter.

Thank you! I used strawberry mouse for the filling and non-dairy whip creamfor the icing. I get it from my supermarket bakery (Rich's Whip Topping). It fed about 40 or so at the party and I had about a quarter of the bottom and all of the top left over. I used a square pan for the bottom(2 layers). For the top I used a sheet cake I cut into a smaller square and used two or three layers to get the height I wanted. I used ice cream cones with some frosting and sparkles on it.
