Course Iii Final Cake
This was my final cake for the Wilton Course III class. It was covered in BC with fondant roses. It's not as good as it could have been if I had more rose buds... but, oh well! I was unhappy with the amount of fondant leaves as well, so I added some in BC. I am a firm believer that tons of leaves make it look more natural! I had to laugh becuase when my MIL saw this cake she bent forward to smell the roses, then caught herself and laughed! It was really cute.

Its beautiful and yellow roses are my favorite I'm only on class2 I sure hope I get 1/2 that good
