Malted Heart on Cake Central

Chocolate Ganache with a hint of malt powder over a chocolate cake that was first frosted in chocolate malted BC, then decorated with malted milk balls and more frosting.

Hi Jouj!! The only thing I did differently was added a scoop of malt powder to your regular recipes! Really simple! I would say about 2 Tablespoons!

Hi again Melvira, I'm sorry for asking questions again. Did you make the malted milk balls, and how? When you pour the ganache over the cake, is it hot or cool? I tried to do it when it was warm, but it wouldn't spread easily. Thanks.
