Back To School
Just finished this cake as a gift for the teachers at my daughter's school when they begin the new school year tomorrow. It says 'Welcome back teachers!' in Dutch. 11x7in 2 layer vanilla buttermilk sheet cake, filled with strawberry preserves & decorated in vanilla buttercream. All decorations are in marzipan (a Dutch favourite!).
