I made this 'burrito' cake for a Cinco de Mayo birthday party along with 2 chili pepper/cactus cookie bouquets. Its a margarita flavored WASC frosted in bc and covered in mmf for the tortilla. Olives are mmf. Sour Cream, guac, and cheese are bc. Fruit 'salsa' was added just before serving.
