Fondant 3-Tiered Cake

Fondant 3-Tiered Cake on Cake Central

OK, so the picture was from InStyle magazine, a cool $15 a serving... And here was my interpretation of it...Two (two-tiered) 10" rounds on top of one another, and then a 6" on top. Fondant branches, gumpaste flowers on wire... Ribbon around bottom

I think I saw this cake! It (or one similar) was in there a few years ago? I almost tried it but was wildly intimidated. Your version is lovely!

WOW! Did you put the branches on first and then place the smaller ones coming off of the main one last?

In the magazine, the branches were chocolate, but this was for an outdoor wedding, so I used fondant. I put the large main branch on first, put on the branches I could just do with fondant first, and then the wires last. Hope that helps!
