I used a cookie cutter in the shape of a tiara for the upper shape and just freehand cut the sides. I then laid it over some wax paper that was taped around a crisco can to dry. It took about 3 days to dry. The pearls are from a silcone bead maker. They definately take some practice, but I think I'm getting the hang of it.
