Done as a bridal brunch favor for a best friend. 8 iced sugar cookies make up one mini wedding cake, boxed in a PVC 3x3x3 box with ribbon and personalized with a tag.

I used Martha's royal icing (3lbs powered sugar...3/4 c meringue powder)
