The top of the layers is actually a mini wonder mold (doll mold). I just flat frosted and centered it on the top layer. 1 tulip was placed at the top where you would put the doll pick in and the others were just arranged around the rest of the topper. I'm not sure about the bridesmaids or even if she had them. My understanding was that she was renewing her vows.
JulesM7, I stacked with dowels and card board between all layers. There is 1 dowel that went from the top tier that is covered by flowers all the way to the bottom.

Did you stack the middle and top layers directly on the one below, or did you use dowels and a separater plate?
