Tinkerbell Birthday
I made this cake for my niece's 11th birthday. Tinkerbell is made from modeling chocolate. The present she is sitting on is a dummy, but all other layers are white with strawberry filling, iced in IMBC, covered in MMF. All other accents are gumpaste. Thanks for looking!
Beautiful jobb! I love the scroll work and stars! Beautiful fairy, too! A+
she's very pretty
Thanks! It was my first time doing a figure I was nervous she'd look like an alien!

wow!
I can't believe you molded that Tink I would have never guessed she was chocolate. Everthing is simply wonderful
She looks perfect! Is it easier to model the figures w/ modeling chocolate and How do you do the eyes? 8O
Thank you everyone!! I used modeling chocolate because you can make it seamless. I found it very easy to work with. I just kept an ice pack close by to cool my fingers. I just used a straight pin to do the shape of the eyes and used white luster dust and turquise Americolor for the colors.
How feminine! I love this.
Thank you! It was a lot of fun to do.
i love your cake, it's perfect for a girl!
What did you use to paint the details on her face?
