I didn't use cutters for the petals. Each petal is formed from a small ball of gumpaste and rolled into a petal shape with a ball tool. For the veins I pressed it against a rose leaf veiner. Then I dusted the petals with petal dust and luster dust. The center of the flower is a celbud and it is on a bamboo skewer for the long stem affect.
You can see the entire rose by looking under the naughty cakes. The picture is titled "Ripped abs with longstem rose"
