Thank you! I baked the cakes on one day and decorated most of the next day. It was worth it to see the faces of everyone at the party...they were expecting just a sheet cake for the Cinderella party!
Absolutely STUNNING!!!! I have a 3yr old niece who would love this cake no doubt. Thank you for sharing how you did it. I hope you don't mind if I attempt to copy it some day. Keep up the great work!!
Thanks! I used a 6" and 10" square for the 2 tiers. For the turrets, I dipped sugar cones in almond bark (tinted pink) and the base of the turrets are wrapping paper rolls that I cut, wrapped in foil and iced. The pink square accents on the four towers are sugar cubes that I sprayed with edible spray. I used tip #12 for the siding, and then when the dots crusted slightly, I pressed them flat with a paper towel to make it look like stone.
I just love this cake! I will have to make it for my daughter for one of her birthdays! She is only four months right now so I guess you could say I am planning ahead!! LOL Just adorable!!!!
8O Your cake is awsome! I'm sure it took a long time to do and you did a great job of it! I think I'm going to have to pitch it to my Aunt for my cousins birthday! :)

I thought the "stones" were mini marshmellows!! You did an outstanding job! How long did it take you to do that?

Absolutely... I hope you copy it!! To see the reactions of people when they see my cakes is what makes it all worth it for me!! Best of luck!!
Beautiful castle.
What an awesome cake!!! Did you use any support between the tiers? If so, what did you use?
What a beautiful cake. It really is a fairy tale come true for some little girl!
Very beautiful cake. Great job.
Beautiful! Please tell a little of how you made it. esp. cake pans, turrets, and siding.
Great job! I would like to know details, too.
Very beautiful, how did you make it? (cake, what sizes? towers? stone look icing?)
I love it. Wonderful, beautiful!!!

Super castle!!
I forgot to add that the four corners are made from floral styrofoam that is wrapped in foil and iced.
Thanks for the info!! All good ideas.

Thanks! I just used 4 or 5 dowel rods in between tiers.
Beautiful! Great work!
This one is going into my favorites! AMAZING!
I love that this castle has a lot of "wow" factor, but actually seems fairly simple to do, most of the good ones seem impossible to make. Great job!
