Fantasy Castle

Fantasy Castle on Cake Central

This is not my own design...although I wish it was! It is originally Debbie Brown's castle with a few minor adjustments or deletions. It was a wonderful cake to recreate. All sponge cake, including the castle, covered in vanilla buttercream and then covered in sugarpaste. Powdered colours used to dust and brushed over with gold sparkle and snowflake lustre dust.

I took this straight from Debbie Brown's Enchanted Castles book. It's a fabulous book and I hope some day to be able to produce a book of my own when I can learn to string a complete coherant sentence together!

I saw many attempts from Debbie's designs and this one is the best by far. I also have the book and was sure that it wouldn't be this good.
