Pony cake made for a friend's daughter. First time for 3-D. I'm QUITE sure there is an easier way than what I did! Chocolate sheet cake cut into thirds, frozen, stacked then carved. This thing was skewered within an inch of it's life! On the good side I learned how to do it better/easier next time! Thanks for looking.
