I love this and I'm considering this look for my very own wedding cake! How do you separate the cake tiers to cut and serve without ruining the roses??
Oh, goodness! How many roses? I'm not sure. They are buttercream and I placed them on the cake as I made them. I kept going until all the spaces were filledl But I am guessing 6 dozen.
