Luau Party
I made this cake for my 7 and8 year old girls. They are having a End Of the School Year party tomorrow and they wanted it to be luau themed. I bought these plates and decided to do the cake in the same thing. I just couldn't resist! So even though it's not an exact match, it's close enough and I still love the outcome of the cake. It was very time consuming, but well worth it and my girls love it!

Thank all of you so much for being so sweet. I really wanted to do this one because first of all, once the idea is there, you can't let it go, it's like you challenge yourself, then...... you know when you have a function with your children, it's always a potential for cake customers. (parents) So I wanted to make it as nice as I could. It really was fun to make though. Again, thank you for being so sweet.

You did a GREAT job would like to know how you transfered the immage.
Thanks you guys. The clouds are airbrushed on the cake, I tore a paper towel and layed it in various spots and sprayed the edge, thus getting clouds. The birds and leaves and such is buttercream. I actually just freehanded that while trying to look at the plate. Thank you for your nice comments!
