My inspiration for this cake were the the bride and groom to be, wanting a Simple and elegant American wedding cake.This Two tiered Four layer White cake with white chocolate mousse and fresh strawberries tossed in raspberry puree.Lavishly frosted in delicate italian buttercream and embelished with beautiful flower's from the bride.
