Lucky Bamboo
I made this for my boss as a housewarming gift. The lucky bamboo plant is supposed to be a gesture of good luck for your home, so instead of getting him a real plant I made a lucky bamboo cake. Chocolate fudge cake with peanut butter filling covered in MMF. Bamboo and rocks are MMF, dirt is crushed Oreo cookies.

Thanks!! marthajo1, I did the bamboo out of pieces of fondant. I rolled thick snakes out of the fondant and then ran a piece of floral wire up several of them together to make the stalk. The leaves are attached to another piece of wire that was also attached to the stalk. If I did them again I would do them in gumpaste, but this is before I knew there WAS gumpaste! :)
