I didn't get to see the topper until I took the cake to set it up. The topper was so heavy that I wasn't sure how to put it on top of the cake. If I had known, I would have put a plate on the top. We used what we had available - wire stems from the silk flowers and cardboard from the cake transportation box to make it stay there. We all prayed that it would stay there until the cake cutting. The bride called and told me it was a miracle it stayed there!
