I made these cakes for a coworker who left to open her own coffee shop. The mug is a tiramisu cake (white sponge cake soaked with a Kahlua syrup filled with mascarpone mousse and grated semisweet chocolate). Frosted with vanilla buttercream. The logo is a frozen FBCT and the handle is MMF. The other cake is two layers vanilla butterscotch cake and chocolate fudge almond cake, filled with Nutella mousse and frosted with vanilla buttercream. Decorated with sugar cookies covered with MMF and glace.
