Fountain Wedding Cake
This was my first attempt at cornelli lace on a cake and I must admit I was rather proud of myself. The cakes were White Almond and Chocolate Khalua.

Lovely. Question on the flowers, are they just stuck in the cake or laying on top? I am doing a cake with flowers and not sure if I should just lay them on top. Will they last long?
The flowers were actually artificial and they were just laying on top. I have done one just like this that had real flowers and I just layed those on top as well. I had the florist cut the stem completely off and we didn't put the flowers on until about an hour before the wedding started.
Wouldn't have guessed they were silk flowers they look so real. Beautifully presented
