I have to make a cake exactly like this within the next couple of days. Could you please explain what you used to make this cake. Thank you

I used stacked layers, torted and then froze them. I began carving from a picture I found on the internet. His head was made from scraps after carving his body. His shell is fondant as are his toenails. I made the toe nails ahead and let them dry hard. The "scales" are made with the "wrong" end of and icing tip.
