My take on a cake I saw in a Wilton Decorating with Fondant Book. This was fun to do and the technique with the fondant was interesting. Cut many pieces of various colors and roll them together then stick to the cake Did this in small sections as it was easier to handle. Grad is from BC High so Colors were Maroon and Gold (best I could do on the Maroon). She was very Happy!
