Dad's Cake
This is what I came up with one 1 hour of notice for my FIL. I had royal pansy's left over from my Wilton 2 class and luckily had an 8" round chocolate fudge layer from doing a Dora cake earlier in theday. If I had more notice, I'd have loved to make a fish cake 'cause he LOVES to fish!!
It's an impression mat! I thought I had grabbed the basket weave mat and noticed too late that I had the brick mat! I got a group of 4 mats from countrykitchensusa.com for like $5!
