How amazing are these? Wow I just can't beleive they're cake. What a brilliant idea. I always save the top of the muffin until last because it's the best part!

With the special pan, these could be so easy to put together. How great is that, something that looks so hard, but, with the right tools, is so easy. These are really fun!

Ksue..your right :) The buns are cupcake tops. The meat is also cupcake top, but its chocolate. lettuce is BC and tomato is BC. Mayo is whipped bettercream-type icing. Since ive made these hamburgers, LTD Comodities has come out with a pan that makes JUST the tops of cupcakes. I havent tried it out yet..but its only 7 dollars, and its less wasteful! I love 'em! When I was a manager for a famous cookie chain we made "breakfast muffins"! The pans were the exact same thing! Everyone eats the top of a muffin/cupcake first right?

Thanks for the tip about the pan! Reminds me of a Seinfeld episode about muffin tops. Anyway the burgers are spectacular! I love the icing 'mayo' oozing out the bottom.
