for the dirt I put some Oreos in the blender and crushed them up

The worms are fondant, I laid out a piece of wax paper so they had a place to dry out some, just bend them around to form letters, then I took a toothpick to make lines vertically across there bodies but leave a small section at the top without lines to make it more realistic

They are just shaped fondant, I used a food writer to make the spots and head black to make it look more like a real lady bug
