I had to try Martha Stewart's new basketweave technique that is shown, with instructions, on this site. I love it! It is so easy and looks great. The cake is strawberry cake, with strawberry filling and almond icing. I used strawberry kool-aid to make the color for the iced strawberries and that worked great as well.
