First Communion Cake
My first commissioned cake and I messed up the writing. Was supposed to say god Bless you on your First Holy Communion w/names....but came out FIRTS.....maybe it was nerves...but I just couldnt get the writing right. It was a 12 x 18, 2 layer (scratch) white cake w/ hmemade strawberry filling.
The cake and decorations are lovely. I can't write worth a hoot either. I think it is just a matter of constant practice!! You did a wonderful job on the cake!!!
Thanks for the compliment Cindy. Ya, I need ALOT of practice. Other than the Wilton class , this is the 5th cake I've done so far. There's alot of talent on this site... alot to learn from..
