4 Yrs. Old Birthday Cake
My first 4 tiered birthday cake...not much difference from a 3 tiered. Calculated my hours and this cake took a total of 13 hours start to finish. I love the results and so did everyone else! Bottom tier is chocolate w/chocolate mousse, 2nd tier is vanilla w/vanilla cream cheese filing, 3rd tier is yellow cake w/cookies and creme filling and the top tier is chocolate w/cookies and creme filling. Yum-o!! Covered in marshmellow bc and mmf! TFL!

Yes Marshmellow Buttercream...very good...a knock off of baker's buttercream but not as detailed. Check the recipe forum for it! Super good and super easy!! Love it!
Where did you get your recipe for the cookies and cream filling? Sounds really good!
I get all of my recipes from this website..check out the recipes forum and look under fillings..super easy too....all it is heavy whipping cream whipped to peaks, a little bit of sugar or confectioners sugar, and about 25 oreo cookies crushed up then folded into the whipping cream..Very simple and Very good..definitely recommended!! ;-D
