Thank you, all of you. I wasn't thrilled with this cake... it settled and bulged on the sides. But it was my first tier cake, and it was a last-minute thing. Live and learn, I guess! Considering that it was hot as heck that day, and I'd been up all night long making and decorating the cake (and we won't go into the fiasco of discovering at 12 midnight that it takes a LOT of coloring to get roses RED... and the resultant trip to Walmart)... It turned out okay, all things considered. :P I learned a lot!
