I used royal in a pastry bag with tip 1. And, yes, Maxine is free form. She's really easy though. When you break down the graphic, it is quite a simple cartoon figure. It is really fun, because, if you adjust the line of her mouth just a little, you get a different emotion from her. You know, crotchity and more crotchity.
