Purple And White Wedding Cake
This cake was a dummy I did for our cake design studio. Inspired by a pic in the british cake mag. I changed it up some by putting rolled ribbon roses on it. This was my first attempt at ribbon roses.

hey thanks again everyone, Matisse, the purple came from a lot of coloring, I used violet purple, lots of it, and then I added some super red and a bit of royal blue, mostly purple and red though, maybe 6 parts purple, 3 parts red, and 1 part blue. Hopefully this works for you, I also was told when you put that much color in it, you can put it in a ziploc and let it rest for awhile so although it is still soft, it is actually workable!
