Redneck Birthday Cake
Around the base cake I wrote, "You know you're a redneck if your birthday cake looks like your house!" This cake was done for a huge Jeff Foxworthy fan who just turned 18. They wanted something that would be redneck-like so this is what I came up with. It is a trailer house with the hitch still attached (made out of pretzels and white chocolate) and an unfinished fence (also pretzels). The house is cake baked in a loaf pan.
