This was my first attempt at MMF and boy did it suck! After I finally got it big enough, it was stuck so bad to the mad. I really didn't care at that point though and threw it on the cake.
Don't give up! I like to put plastic wrap on the counter when I roll out my fondant. That way you can pick it up by the plastic & flip it over, putting it right onto the cake. Keep trying! :roll:
I second the thought, don't give up!! Your roses are great!! you might try putting a thin layer of crisco down on the surface you are working on too, that helps it not to stick.

I did put powdered sugar down. I had rolled it so long and so much. I got MMF to work later, so I'm not giving up!
