Strawberry Pirouline Cake
this is a birthday cake for my husband and my best friend (their birthdays are 3 days apart). it is a marble cake with bavarian cream filling, milk chocolate frosting, pirouline cookies and strawberries.

i took the strawberries off, then measured the slices by the number of cookies! :wink: since it was such a tall cake, 2-3 cookies wide was the popular request
