marble cake torted with raspberry mousse. White bettercreme frosting. I was asked to make a cake for a co-worker at the last minute. I wasn't sure what to do but I wanted to do something different and possible add fresh fruit. I came up with this square steps that have strawberries, raspberries and kiwi coming down the steps.
