Xray Tech Graduation Cake

This cake had me stumped from the beginning. I used a double layer of 11X15 white cake, filled with cookies and cream filling, stacked with a layer of white covered with fondant, colored black, then sprayed with Wilton spray colors, and I used white piping gel for the bones. enlarged from clip art the head and legs of a patient, and slid them inside the cake. The client just thought it was sooo funny. WHEW!!!!!!!

I love this! Can you direct me to the clip art you used? Did the x-ray come with the clip art, did you free hand it, or did you have another template for it?

This cake is soooo funny!! My sisters boyfriend is an xray tech and I would love to make this for his birthday. I just dont exactly understand what the head and legs are made of??
