I have really liked many of your cakes!! How do you get your icing the perfect consistency for your handwriting - it is so perfect!!

Thanks!! I just use regular old buttercream. I don't know if this makes the consistency better for writing, but I always stir up the buttercream with a rubber spatula until it's really smooth right before I put it in a decorating bag.

I do that too, but my writing never turns out that good!

Thanks! The sparkly stuff is clear edible glitter --- I get it at my local cake supply store.
