Sea Shell Wedding Shower Cake

That looks absolutely gorgeous!!! I am doing a seashell wedding cake in June and have been looking for ideas. How did you do the coral? Is it just royal icing? Thanks in advance.

The coral is white chocolate - I printed out a picture of a piece of coral and then just piped the melted chocolate onto waxpaper with the picture underneath for a guide. Very Simple! I made extra just in case of breakage - I also made the bottoms a little thicker so I could stick them down into the cake. Then I just dusted them with Super Pearl Dust and a dry paint brush!

No- unfortunitly I'm not doing the wedding too :( But only because the venue that they booked for their reception includes a cake in the package deal.
