This is the tester cake for my son and his fiancee. Didn't come out perfect as you can see. It's a mini tiered 5in, 4in, 3in, 2in almond butter cream cake is almond rum with strawberry filling at base, White chocolate mousse 2nd tier, rasberry filling 3rd and white chocolate mousse top tier.

Can somone tell me how do you frost these bad boys smooth, what do you do to keep them in place? this is great!!
Trust me it's a " P I T A"! I slathered it with frosting then used a warm damp spatula the smallest I owned but it was still a pain in the nuch. This is for Mystic. Instead of wooden dowels I used disposable straws since the cake was so small.
