"wedding Style" Birthday Cake

My daughter thinks she is a princess and needed a "wedding cake" for her birthday. So here it is. The colors were of her choosing. This is the first time I had ever played with royal icing or made roses. This was a very fun cake as I got to practice new techniques.

Thanks. My daughter loved it. In fact her birthday was in January. I found where she had stashed one of the royal icing roses in her room just last week! YUCK!
