Thanks you all!!! I'm not sure what FBCT means ~ Sorry. (I made that reply on Jul 4. I am editing this post as of Jul 18th). Okay - I have researched it and now I know what FBCT is. No this cake was not made with FBCT. I painfully did this with a #3 tip and a Viva paper towel. It took forever! On Jul. 15 I made my first FBCT and I love that technique. I posted that cake. It's was so much easier than this penguin cake.

You know what?, its beautiful, if you don't say it I'd thought the penguins were fondant. Great job!!!!
