This was for my mom's birthday. She loved it! It was coconut cake with pineapple filling and coconut buttercream...yum! The handle of the basket was originally fondant, but it was too heavy and I woke up the next morning to find a sad looking mess of a cake. I managed to patch it up, but the handle before was prettier.
