Almond Cake with Dixies Finest Icing-- THIS IS THE BEST ICING!!!
My customer wanted a cake for her husband that was soccer themed so I said oh, I have a soccer edible image that I could use. Well, I think I went a bit overboard!!! I just could not stop!!!
She loved it and so did her husband!!
Oh my gosh! Ok- Dixies icing is a whipped type icing- like a buttercream. It holds up in the hottest wheather!! It does not need to be refrigerated or anything! Check out her website, it is still a little under construction but if you call her she will send you the info on it! Dixiesicing.com It comes in a pail and it is great!!! So much easier than making your own!! Not as greasy as some of these regular buttercreams!!! I LOVE DIXIES!!!!
