Looks great ~ and delicious! Did you use the candy melts on the strawberries or something else?
I used a combination of 1/2 chocolate chips and half candy melts. Ran out of the dark candy melts so I added some white candy melts--thus the lighter strawberries.

This looks and sounds absolutely scrumptious! I love the tiles!
I put this cake together so fast and yet, it's one of the best looking ones I've done. The only thing different was that I let the ganache set for a good 4 hours before putting on the tiles. The tiles were frozen when I broke them so I got really clean edges.

I used the candy melts from Hobby Lobby--Irish Cream flavored. They don't have them all the time so I stock up when I find them.
So you put buttercream on the cake and then ganache over that?? It's an awesome cake! I'd love to know about the buttercream/ganache thing [email protected]
