Last Minute Cake
Got a call ysterday afternoon that my Mom is coming today...loves white cake... took one I had in the freezer out, and decorated it. It was so good today and she thought I went to loads of trouble just for her! :-)

I'm not sure how long you can leave them in the freezer but this one was in there a month.
