My Little Pony cake for a little girls' 5th birthday.

They were at Target, but not with the other MLP stuff. They were labeled as "Party Favors" and they came with a jar of Play-Doh. They were $2 a piece.

Great job and what a fantastic idea for the rainbow cake layers!! I wanted to thank you for posting where you got the ponies! I ran to Target tonight and found them. My luck they were on clearance for 98 cents.. so if anyone else needs them I would get there asap! Thanks again, my soon to be 4 yr old is going to be thrilled when those are on her pony cake!

I just put white BC in a piping bag with a large round tip and did big "puffs" next to each other and overlapping each other. I tried not to make them all the same size so they looked more realistic. I dusted them with colored sugar, but that didn't really give me the "sparkly" effect I was going for. Thanks!
