Can you give me more instructrions on how to make this cake? What color was the water, any technique for waves? and what is the sand made out of?? just colored frosting???

I frosted the water a light blue and then then used a knife to make the waves. Then I sprayed it with blue food color paint. The sand is copper,yellow and orange mixed in buttercream until I got the color I wanted. The "sand" is gold surger and pixi dust. :)

The dolphins are just plastic. The sparkle in the sand is pixi dust. I order it from cakesbysam. I love the glitter on cakes. I use it on almost every cake I make.
