Love it! I need to make a cake for my Goddaughters 2nd b-day and Ireally love this. I have only used fondant once and the stability was not very good. Do you use supports on every tier?
Yes support each tier, I tried doing it in buttercreme, but it was unstable , the fondant more stable. when do I ran a long rod all the way through, because I had to travel with it. Be sure to sharpen one end. I call this my travel rod, I use it on all of my stacked wedding cakes during delivery & then remove when I get there. Thanks for the compliment.Good Luck!
Great job. I attempted this cake as my first stacked cake (don't ask why) and it was such a joke. Yours looks just as good as the original picture! Great job!
